On July 27th 2016 I started my weight loss journey I documented it here on my YouTube channel for my subscribers to watch, I adopted a plant based diet and worked out 5 days a week, In less then 2 months I lost 33 pounds! then went on to lose a total of 90 pounds in less then 9 months.
