About Work Hard Praise Hard Fitness
Work Hard, Praise Hard Fitness began in 2015 when three friends desired a different type of cardio dance fitness. Over the next few years, our trio grew to an average of 15 participating in our daily lunch time workouts. Incorporating light hand weights into the routines is our "signature", and is used to increase stamina and endurance.
We create fun, energetic routines set to Christian hip hop, R&B, afrobeats, pop, gospel, and other "clean" music.
In May 2020, Work Hard, Praise Hard was registered as a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. Post the pandemic, Tianda, and her team of supporters, plan to travel to different areas and hold fitness and nutrition workshops; spreading the love of God through fitness and music!
