Who is stephane?
A question I am hearing all the time is: "did you spend 20 years in a kitchen, are you a chef?" No I am not a chef and I am not trying to be one. I am a self-taught French culinary instructor who is passionate about educating and passing on culinary knowledge following professional ethics and standards found in the French culinary world.
