My name is Amber Allen and I strive for a self sufficient and sustainable life in urban suburbia. I grow most of our own food, but I also forage and frugally find the rest of the food we need! I like to make videos of what my plant based family of five eats in a day, as well as show what I'm growing/foraging, how I preserve food, what sustainability looks like for us, self sufficiency, frugality and food security!
