About Beekeeping From Scratch
Scot McPherson has been keeping bees since 1985, and managed as many as 500 colonies before life circumstances forced him to move across the country and give up the bees for a little while. Now Scot is back, and Beekeeping from Scratch is a channel created to take advantage of this opportunity to follow an experienced beekeeper taking up the journey into beekeeping again from scratch, zilch, nadda, so you can see what an old beekeeper does if they were truly starting over. We hope you enjoy following the journey, and hope that if you are also getting started this year, or even have a few years under your belt that you too will get something useful from Scot's Ramblings in the years to come.
