About Exercise4CheatMeals
Exercise has always been a passion, but food has been with me my whole life. As I have gotten older and wiser, I realize I can’t eat pizza and mozzarella sticks everyday. For that reason, when I am cutting I have chosen to diet during the week and have a cheat meal on Sunday. This has kept me maintaining sustained success in dieting and creates a good balance for me. I know this does not work for everyone, but for me it works perfectly. I have been to many places in and around Chicago and since I go to these places every Sunday anyway, why not bring a camera along? I think it is important people get good information on the places to go eat in Chicago, especially if they only eat out once a week or if they are visiting for a limited amount of time. Nothing is more disappointing than hearing about a place and getting all hyped up for it and it disappoints in a big way. I am here to prevent that from happening.
