My name is Amanda. In October of 2018, I was on the ledge of a Canadian hotel room ready to end my life. While an unexpected intervention brought me down, I realized in the following weeks that I needed to make some serious changes. I want to share those changes and my process with others.
Here we will talk about mental health, suicide prevention, health, wellness, the mind-body connection and how to make the most of your life.
