I draw from different fields, such as psychology, philosophy, biology, economy, and many others, but every single topic falls under the personal growth umbrella.
Using simple words and friendly images, I want to make my content easy to remember so that we can all benefit from it long term.
My main goal is to help us become better than yesterday, one step at a time.
I would like to point out that I’m a one-man army, and I don’t create videos full-time.
For those reasons, all content takes me a while to produce.
