About Nourishing Minimalism
In 2008 I was overwhelmed and felt insane. I knew I had too much stuff, but didn't know how to manage it. I decided to get rid of 2008 things that year and did so for the next several years. I've gotten rid of over 10,000 items and found so much freedom in less stuff. Minimalism definitely nourishes. 😉
I'm now on a journey to help other women find that same freedom.
