It's no secret that there's a worldwide pilot shortage. When I took my first flight lesson at 15 years old, I couldn't find any inspiration online specifically teaching about my future career. Since then, I've made it my mission to de-mystify what it means to be a "professional pilot," from the training and day-to-day operations to the lifestyle and benefits.
