Hi, I'm Moreno. In 2013 I quit my 9-5 job and left the city in search of something different. I flew to the other side of the world and quite literally stumbled into farming. Little did I know it was going to change everything.

Fast forward to today, for the past decade my wife and I worked on over 10 different farms on 3 different continents, ran a no dig market garden in France for 5 years (on rented land), and in 2022 purchased a 3-hectare property in Central Portugal to pursue our life-long dream of an abundant and self-sufficient lifestyle, reconnected with nature.

Along the way I share the lessons we learn for those that aspire to return to the land, too.
