My goal is to create educational and practical content to help people of levels and means to brew the best coffee they can.

For so long, knowledge has been largely gatekept.

With a decade of experience (and many more to come) working in the coffee industry at many positions, I have a unique skill set I'm raring to share with you all.

My hope is less to make everyone have x or y piece of gear, but to push people into drinking better coffee, meaning more expensive coffees so more equity can go back to the farm level.
