About Freyia Norling
Hei!
My name is Freyia Norling, and I have a big interest in Witchcraft and the occult, photography and videography. I live in the north of Norway, Sápmi, with my partner Daniel and our 3 dogs, two huskies and a chihuahua. I am the owner of an esoteric shoppe and video production company called Alvebakken (translates from Norwegian The Faery Hill) outside the main city of Bodø in Norway.
I am born in Italy, Swedish-Sami in origin, a part of our family migrated from the north of Sweden (Norrbottens län) to the US. My Sami great grandma met my italian great grandfather there & eventually they ended up in Italy. I lived all my life so far in between Italy, UK, Sweden and Norway (Sápmi) where I currently live.
This channel is all about my life in Sápmi, the remote north Norwegian vidda/tundra and Norse and Sami Sorcery.
MA Master's Degree in Norse and Sami Folklore and Mythology.
I live a life entirely on the land and with the land, hope this channel can inspire and bring awe.
