I first stepped onto the ice in 2017 as a 21 year old Physiotherapy student who felt she lacked a passion and thought she was too old to skate. After that day, I never looked back!

This channel is a log of my progress from day one to now and expressing my knowledge as a Physiotherapist. I hope that my content can be a reminder that we have a lot more potential in us than we can recognise. If you're thinking of starting figure skating or even just starting something new, I hope this channel can encourage you give things a shot.
