Sam Vaknin has a PhD in Philosophy and Physics. He was Professor of Psychology in Southern Federal University in Rostov-on-Don in Russia and is Professor of Finance and Psychology in CIAPS. He served as economic advisor to governments and multinationals and founded the Healthcare Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Macedonia. Collaborated with IMF, WB, and WHO.
