wheel balancing solution and other maintenance

installing centramatic wheel balancers and a longer term review (about 80k miles on steer tires 40k on pusher axle) installing some new tires and polishing the rims.

re sealing a loader tire

loader tire was going flat frequently leaking from the tire o ring and also the inner bead de-mounted the tire cleaned the beads and installed a new o ring.
