About Kai Andrew
Hi, my name is Kai. I’m 33 years old and I surf, train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoy swinging kettlebells.
Born and raised in a poor family of refugees, I was raised with a deep curiosity of entrepreneurship. That seed grew into painting street addresses on curbs, detailing cars, and a dozen other business ventures (that mostly failed). It led me into real estate and allowed me to “retire” from working a six-figure career at 27 years old. I quickly prioritized my happiness, travel and time over making money.
I embraced the minimalist lifestyle and became obsessed with maximizing my time and extracting the most value out of what I had. I eventually built my own home, mortgage free, and actively live off of less than $1000 in expenses.
I’m fascinated by people and what they define as “success.” I enjoy the process of building freedom through business and entrepreneurship. I have a background in engineering and finances so at times I can come off as a numberphile.
