You'll find mainly two types of videos for each cookie set: 1) real time tutorials with voiceovers (meant to be more educational) and 2) sped up compilation videos (meant to be more satisfying to watch).

Projector: I own both of these projectors. If budget is a concern, the Pico gets the job done (just make sure that you're plugging it in correctly!). Otherwise, I recommend the Bluetooth - it has a better/brighter image and connects via Bluetooth.
