The channel started with my venture into Vanlife. I have been living full-time in the van, on and off since Easter 2018. The timing was coincidental but appropriate as this was the beginning of a new life after several family losses.

The channel details my experiences converting a builder's van, living in the van, then my personal growth as I find new challenging work and chase new experiences to become a recognisable face in the UK Vanlife community.

As time passes, I am posting less van-specific content to the channel. New Vanlife channels are coming up while established channels trot out the same formulaic snooze fest. I just don't feel I have anything new to bring to the Vanlife knowledge base. It's all here on the channel already and I don't find any value in repeating the same content.

The channel will continue to lean away from van related topics and more on what I actually use Vanlife for - FUN, FRIENDS, COMMUNITY, SOLIDARITY
