About Boxing Home Workouts
Hi, I'm Jason Van Veldhuysen. My mother is of Canadian British descent and my father is from the Netherlands. my full name translates as "Jason from the fieldhouse". I was a competitive amateur boxer throughout my 20's, and during those years I worked as a personal trainer. I combined both elements and alongside coaching fighters, I have been teaching boxing fitness classes for 20 years now.
This channel is dedicated to boxing home workouts. This is where we get to box and have fun regardless of skill level and experience. The workouts consist footwork drills, punching, defense, and head movement all in a fun, no pressure, workout environment.
Boxing is one of the few sports where we get to move fast with low impact. The body responds in turn by preparing us to move with speed, agility, and strength. These are the kind of workouts that challenge you and keep you fit for the long run. Join me and let me share my passion for boxing with you!
