Ayano Kaneko performs alone on stage, singing and playing the guitar, or with a backing band.
In April 2016, she released her first work "hug", and in September 2017 her first vinyl "Muretachi".
Her album "Shukusai", released in 2018, won the CD Shop Grand Prize 2019 -11th edition-.
In 2019, she released her new album "Sansan", as well as a vocal/guitar recording of the same opus, untitled "Sansan Hitori de ni" ("Sansan alone").
"Sansan" was declared winner of the CD Shop Grand Prize 2020 -12th edition-.

2019年には最新アルバム『燦々』と弾き語りによる再録アルバム『燦々 ひとりでに』を発表。
アルバム『燦々』は第12回CDショップ大賞2020大賞＜青＞に選出された。
