What's Poppin! A little about myself,My name is Leah, I'm a disabled veteran of 11yrs who struggled with addiction for the better part of her life. This is me sober, learning to enjoy my life again. I was artistic growing up but never tapped into my creative side. After being sober for 19 months I slipped into a depression I just felt like I had no real meaning to my life. This was around April when covid struck. You know whats the worst thing you can do to an addict? Lock them down in isolation where they are stuck at home bored with no routine. I was on the verge of a relapse so while gathering supplies at walmart to stock up being stuck at home. In that moment something screamed inside me to go the the craft aisle.It literally started with one bottle of paint, a 100 YouTube videos later. I've had many failures with fluid art but I never gave up. A passion unlike anything I've ever felt before helped me find peace and learn to love again. This is my story, 33 months clean today✌✌✌
