I didn't know what that feeling was when I would hear certain sounds and automatically feel relaxed. I would constantly search for what made me feel that way (what the heck is this called?, and sometimes viewed - while getting this super relaxing sensation). While I was investigating what this may be "called", I came across a community and a multitude of videos that cover ASMR "triggers" from A - Z.
