*You're allowed to like sugar but not make trashy sugary recipes,or you could just be dipping your finger into syrup.
*Meals in 10 min doesn't exist.
*Learn where your food comes from,chip chocolate=slave workers collecting cacao.
*Fruits shouldn't contain stickers on.
*Your body is your temple,make sure you know what enters in your mouth.
*Bakeries selling immense cookies want to see you dead.
*Don't treat food as a nutrient, food is food.
*Tofu is horrible - toawful
*If you go out to buy chocolate at 3am like me you need an intervention.
Enjoy life, family and friends and make sure you feed them well this way they will always be there for you =)
