About Izzy Kornblau
Hi! I'm Izzy, a 24-year old from New York City, and an aspiring genetic counselor. I have a genetic disorder called hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, along with a few other conditions it causes me (POTS, Gastroparesis, Muscle Tension Dysphonia, and TMJD). It is my goal to discuss self-advocacy in a healthcare setting, educate about my conditions, and provide tips on navigating relationships, schooling, and healthcare, all while chronically ill.
