I've gone DEEP on subconscious reprogramming for years and started making these tracks to brainwash myself toward self-perfection. I'm essentially using sports psychology techniques to manifest the superior self and BRING THE LIGHT.
Some of the tracks are subconscious reprogramming, some are for inspiration and motivation. Most importantly, they're positive input to counteract all the negativity we're exposed to on a daily basis. Several are based on books, and there are plenty of useful paraphrases and quotes throughout, from everything from The Iliad to the Rigveda.
Repetition and consistency are key. For faster results, listen daily while drifting off to sleep. Make the volume low enough to fall sleep. I DO NOT recommend listening through a full night's sleep. Interfering with REM cycles can create resistance. Stay consistent long-term to maintain results—just like working out.
