This is the continuing saga of my fight against inequality of citizens under the law when abused physically and legally by corrupt and criminal police officers and other government employees and departments.
My story begins with my being slandered as a racist in a grocery store by an off duty Virginia Beach police officer, Brian Joseph Fair, over a disagreement my wife had with the lack of customer service she received from the cashier.
This escalated to his attempting to have us ejected from private property without cause or authority and when called on his bluff he further escalated it to a physical altercation where I was assaulted and battered and recorded the incident on my own phone.
When Brian Fair's friends in the Chesapeake Police Department, Officer Warren Prescott, Sergeant Garrett and Lieutenant Streetman arrived Brian Fair falsely reported that I had engaged in Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction of Justice and FELONY Assault and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer.
